Wearing this badge recognizes you as an authorized SKS Agent. You may be issued Ambassador codes, referral links, or Named Collections. This is an independent contractor relationship, not employment, partnership, or franchise.

Confidentiality is fundamental to participation. Information about members, unreleased work, systems, pricing, and private experiences may not be disclosed, recorded, or shared without authorization. Events may carry a separate Event NDA. These obligations survive after you're no longer an Ambassador.

You earn 20% of total eligible sales attributed to your Ambassador code. Refunds, chargebacks, and taxes are excluded from the calculation. Payouts follow the schedule set in your signed agreement.

Any collection, drop, or body of work designated as yours earns 20% of all sales from that collection, separate from and in addition to standard code commissions.

You keep ownership of your name, likeness, music, writing, and pre-existing IP. Nothing is transferred simply through participation, promotion, or use of an Ambassador code; Any assignment of rights requires its own written agreement.

You remain a free creator. Nothing here requires exclusivity: you may create independently, work with other organizations, and pursue outside opportunities.

The relationship runs until terminated per the notice period in your agreement. IF/SKS may suspend access to protect confidential systems or people. Earned commissions, royalties, and IP rights survive termination, nothing accrued is waived.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. A full, signed copy of the Ambassador Agreement supersedes this summary in every respect.
