1. Realm Theme & Concept: Create a unique theme aligned to your kink realm. Provide demos, games, rituals, consent stations, etc.
2. Water Responsibilities: Provide 5 gallons of water per person/day and maintain a hydration station.
3. Communal Kitchen Contribution: Each member donates 5 lbs of food, assign cook lead, and coordinate meals & cleanup.
4. Safety & Consent Culture: Assign consent guardian, safety officer, aftercare captain. Maintain soft space if intense play.
5. Realm Activation: Offer daily workshop/demo, challenge, ritual, or consent education activity.
6. Leave No Trace: Manage trash, provide bins, and join Sunday strike & LNT hour.
7. Camp Presence: Minimum 5 staff, attend opening ceremony, maintain staffed hours.
8. Optional Upgrades: Realm decor, ritual item, nightly fire, costumes, banners, lighting.

Liability Waiver, No-Sue Agreement & Full Release

I understand that Kink in Color includes activities that may involve risk, including adult play, fire, camping, physical participation, emotional intensity, and environmental elements. I voluntarily assume all risks and agree to take full responsibility for myself, my actions, my camp members, and guests.

I release and agree not to sue Kaleidoscope Kingdom, Ember Island Entertainment LLC, property owners, event staff, volunteers, vendors, or affiliates for any injury, loss, damage, emotional or psychological harm, or incident arising from participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional harm.

I agree to hold the event and land owners harmless for actions of myself, my camp, or participants in my area. I understand all participation is voluntary, consent-driven, and at my own risk. I will enforce consent and safety culture within my camp.

I acknowledge responsibility for personal property, equipment, weather effects, theft, and camp safety. I agree to comply with event policies or risk removal without refund.

This form releases organizers from liability for all participants engaging in camps, workshops, demos, and realm activities. I understand and acknowledge this environment may include heightened physical and emotional intensity, kink play, adult content, fire, aerial/flow arts, group interaction, and altered lighting/sensory environments. I choose to participate voluntarily and accept all risks, including accident, injury, emotional distress, or property loss. I release organizers, performers, camp leads, staff, volunteers, and property owners from all claims except in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional harm.
